WHAT THE DELEGATES HAVE TO SAY!

Niamh Smith, 13, from Ballyfermot, is a Dublin City Comhairle delegate. She attends her local school, St Dominic’s and is a regular visitor to the youth clubs in her area, run by organisations like the National Youth Federation. Niamh voted for the themes of alcohol/drugs and carers and has bought a copy of the Irish constitution as part of her preparations for Dáil na nÓg .
